By downloading, installing, or using the Lesi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Lesi is a fashion community platform that allows users to:

• Share photos of their outfits and personal style
• Discover fashion inspiration from other users
• Connect with fashion enthusiasts and influencers
• Engage through likes, comments, and follows
• Share voice messages about fashion and style
• Browse curated fashion content and trends

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post to Lesi, including photos, comments, and voice messages.

4.2 Content License

By posting content, you grant Lesi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content within the App
• Distribute your content to other users
• Modify content for technical purposes (resizing, formatting)
• Use content for App promotion and marketing

4.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, violence, or inappropriate material
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Spams or contains malicious software
• Violates others' privacy or safety

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive community environment, users must:

• Be respectful and kind to other users
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Not harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Lesi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Lesi:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

9. Content Moderation

• Review, edit, or remove any content at our discretion
• Suspend or ban users who violate these Terms
• Implement automated content filtering systems
• Respond to reports of inappropriate content or behavior

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lesi and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
